I found them quick to respond to requests, and i appreciated their warm demeanour. the hotel offered convenient access to nearby attractions was great, though parking was expensive! i enjoyed the variety of dining options available, each with unique atmospheres, offering diverse menus. the available spa was a nice treat, with several options for rejuvenation after a day of sightseeing.
the room decor felt slightly dated for a hotel of this standing, though it was very clean.

the location was VERY CENTRAL. it made it easy to walk to many attractions. the staff were helpful, especially the doormen WHO offered assistance.
The check-in process felt unwelcoming, and this was a disappointment. The room was warm and noisy, difficult to relax. i expected more for the price I paid. the price for extra 2 days doubled. It was unexpected.
